At GOLDEN SURPRISES, we prioritize the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our items, we adhere to the following policy:

• Refunds: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their order within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for another, you may do so within 6 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. Once the 6-hour window has passed, exchanges are no longer possible as the production or preparation of your order will have begun.

Refunds or exchanges requested outside this time frame will not be honored.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details are correct.
